Cardiff Triathletes

Cardiff Triathletes was formed in 1984 by a small group of people interested in the, then, new sport of triathlon.

The objectives of the club are to encourage and promote the sport of triathlon in the Cardiff and the surrounding area.

The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation via Welsh Triathlon and individual members are encouraged to join these organisations.

Race start for slower swimmers at 09:00hrs

Porthcawl Swim

Saturday 8th September 1800 Porthcawl - Few of us having one last O/W practice session before Bala. Meeting at the lifeguard hut by the caravan park.

The weather is forecast as SUNNY!! Enjoy a late afternoon at the beach.

Can arrange to meet up at 1700 ish at Maindy for lifts if required.

CALL FOR MARSALLS

   URGENT: ANYONE WHO CAN HELP MARSHALL AT THE RACE SUNDAY PLEASE TURN UP AT 8am AT FAIRWATER.
There are key positions that need to be filled to keep us as safe as possible and improve the racers experience.

Transition assembly , route marking and registration  be there for 7am please
General marshalling, you can lie in until 8am

We'll be finished by 12 and in time for the Wales v Canada game-honest! (All marshalls get a beer at game courtesy of me!)
