The Cardiff Supersprints will be held at Maindy Track and Pool on Saturday 17 July 2010. I don't have the times yet, but the slower teams go in the earlier waves, late morning early afternoon, with the faster teams in the late afternoon. Please see below for the teams.

Porthcawl lifeguard club are hosting a swimming event on Sunday 18th July. They will have a short (750m) or long (1500m) course. Entries are £5 on the day. Registration is at the lifeguard clubhouse from 10am and the race is due to start at 12 noon.

For anyone who missed this event (and also those of you that were there!), check out this video of the Mumbles tri last weekend. Sadly, I was ill so was just a spectator but it was a really great race with brilliant organisation and a beautiful course- definately an event for your 2011 race calendar!
