The next Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon will be held on Wednesday (not Thursday) 28 July 2010. Registration is from 17.30 onwards with the race commencing at 19.00. The distances are a 750m lake swim followed by a 5k run. See you there.

The swim session on Sunday 25 July 2010 has been moved to the evening, commencing at 18.30. This is due to so many of us racing at Tuska in the morning. The sessions on Sunday 1 & 8 August 2010 will be in the morning, commencing at 10.30.
