The showing from Cardiff Tri was even more impressive this year. Good efforts out there!
A new Masters swim training group is starting in Swansea next week. Swim sessions will be on 5 evenings per week in either the Swansea National Pool or the Bishop Gore School.
Weather is looking a little better on Saturday and hope it stays that way or improves!!
Thinking of going a little longer but slightly less lumpy. Due to additional distance, leaving at 8.30 instead of the usual 9am.
Change of route from the original proposed due to westerly wind.
Now heading to do the Bwlch the long way from Port Talbot.
Maindy - Llantrisant Road - Talbot Green - Heol Y Ciw - Sarn - Margam - Port Talbot - Afan Valley - Bwlch - Treorcy - Port - Ponty - Taffs Well - Maindy.

You should be able to download full resolution (6MP) photos from there and use them for almost whatever you like. They're all free. There is a Creative Commons license attached (see here) but that shouldn't affect most things you would like to do with them. A link back or a mention is always nice.
I hope you all enjoyed the race and that the photos reflect that!
