Here is the second set of photos, as promised. They were all taken by Bastiaan's brother, who managed to sometimes rather miraculously pick him out of the crowd (e.g. of blue hats at the end of the swim).

I'm afraid this slideshow is rather large (just under 500kb for all 11 photos), but hey, it took Bas 14 hours 2 minutes and 21 seconds to complete the race, so I'm sure you can manage to wait a few minutes if you've got a slow connection.
